1. Booking & Payment
All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance to confirm your slot.Payment secures your session and is non-refundable (see cancellation policy below).

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session.If you are late, the session will still end at the originally agreed time.

3. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable. If for any reason I need to cancel the session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Confidentiality
All discussions during the consultation are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.You are encouraged to be open, knowing your privacy will be respected.

5. Disclaimer
Consultations are designed to provide guidance, strategy, and insights.The responsibility for implementing the advice lies with you. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, tools, or resources shared during the session remain my intellectual property.
You may use them for personal or business use but may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership.

7. Communication
All official communication will be done via the email address provided at booking.Ensure you have a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.

8. Agreement
By booking a 1:1 consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
